Kindred Hive is for adults age 18 and older. By using the service, you confirm that you are at least 18, that your account information is accurate, and that you will keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.

Please use the community respectfully and do not create accounts for others, misrepresent who you are, or bypass access controls.

Paid memberships provide access to the features and rooms described at the time you join. Membership purchases are processed through MadeThis. Your selected plan is recurring and will renew at the disclosed monthly or yearly interval unless you cancel through the available account, subscription, or MadeThis management flow.

Prices, taxes, and included features may change for future billing periods where permitted by law. We will aim to give reasonable notice of material membership changes. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy for important cancellation and access details.

You may post content you have the right to share. You retain ownership of your content, but grant Kindred Hive a limited, non-exclusive license to host, display, reproduce, and use it only as needed to operate, moderate, improve, and promote the service in context. Do not post content that violates law, someone else's rights, or our Community Guidelines.

We may review, remove, limit, or preserve content; restrict participation; or suspend or close accounts when we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect members, enforce these terms, respond to reports, comply with law, or maintain the community. We may do this with or without advance notice when the situation calls for it.

The Kindred Hive name, branding, site design, and service materials are owned by or licensed to Kindred Hive and may not be copied, sold, or used in a way that suggests affiliation without permission. Member content remains subject to the license described above.

Kindred Hive is a peer community, not therapy, medical care, legal advice, or crisis counseling. Community discussions are not professional advice, and you should make your own decisions with qualified professionals where appropriate. The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent allowed by law.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Kindred Hive is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to Kindred Hive for the applicable membership during the 12 months before the claim.

These terms are governed by Iowa law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise. We may update these terms as the service changes. For questions, use the contact method shown in your MadeThis membership receipt or account experience.
