Refund & Cancellation Policy
We want membership choices to feel clear and manageable. This page explains how recurring Kindred Hive memberships work without promising more than the current membership system can support.
Last updated: July 15, 2026
Recurring memberships
Paid Kindred Hive memberships are recurring subscriptions. The price and billing interval are shown before checkout. Your membership renews at the selected interval unless you cancel through the available account, subscription, or MadeThis management flow.
How to cancel
Use the existing Account Settings flow or the membership-management option provided through MadeThis to manage your subscription. If you cannot find a cancellation option, use the support contact shown in your membership receipt or account experience and include the email address associated with your membership.
When access ends
Cancellation is intended to stop future recurring charges. Access timing can depend on the current platform and membership configuration, so do not assume cancellation creates an immediate refund or immediate loss of access. Check the information shown in your membership-management flow or receipt for the current renewal date and access details.
Refund requests
Kindred Hive does not promise a blanket money-back guarantee. If you believe you were charged in error or have a specific concern about a recent membership payment, request help promptly through the contact method shown in your MadeThis membership receipt or account experience. We will review requests case by case and in line with applicable law and the platform's payment processes.
Changes to membership
We may change membership offerings, features, or future pricing as the community evolves. If a material change affects a future renewal, we will aim to provide reasonable notice where practical and required. You can cancel before the next renewal if the updated membership no longer feels right for you.
