Membership payment processing is provided through the MadeThis platform. Kindred Hive does not use this site to collect or store full payment-card numbers. MadeThis and its payment providers may handle payment and subscription information under their own terms and privacy practices.

We may use service providers to host the service, support account access, process payments through MadeThis, provide analytics, and help us operate the community. They may access information only as needed to provide their services or meet legal obligations.

Posts, comments, and chat activity are visible to people who have access to the relevant Kindred Hive space. Please do not share personal, financial, medical, or other sensitive information unless you are comfortable with that audience. We cannot guarantee that other members will not copy, remember, or share what they see.

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to operate Kindred Hive, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and meet legal obligations.
